I have been training with Dominick at Theorem for five months now, and I can honestly say he is the most knowledgeable and meticulous fitness instructor I’ve ever worked with. I started training with Dominick Nusdeu at Theorem Fitness and Jiu Jitsu Club in early January after responding to a random ad. At 55, I had always been interested in martial arts but was hesitant to start. From our very first session, Dominick made me feel at ease and genuinely motivated. If feel it is such a privilege to train and learn from a Black belt of Dom’s caliber. So many schools will not have a black training beginners. I want to thank Dominick for being a no-nonsense coach who pushes me to never quit. His dedication to my progress has truly transformed my life, and I can’t recommend him highly enough!
