I have been training with Dominick at Theorem Fitness for several months and during this time I have seen marked improvement in my physical health and strength. My main goals are to get ahead of my Rheumatoid Arthritis and build muscle and strength. The anticipated result being less pain and increased flexibility. I have already experienced improvement. In the past, I have tried various other trainers and physical therapists to no avail. With Dominick, I can see muscle growth and I feel stronger. He has provided dietary suggestions and adapts a training program unique to my own personal needs and abilities. In just 12 weeks of working one on one with Dominick at Theorem Fitness, I reached all my goals! I have greatly improved mobility & flexibility, I am pain completely free and I lost 25 pounds and many, many inches! I started training with Dominick back in July 2023 with some big goals and the desire to turn my whole life around, to become healthier and happier!
