    At Theorem, our Founder, Dominick Nusdeu combined his expertise in exercise physiology and mechanics with his passion for Jiu Jitsu to offer a new science-based training model that allows anyone to increase mobility and reduce pain and injury while learning, retaining, and training Jiu Jitsu at any age.

    PERSONALIZED APPROACH

    A big part of our training model at Theorem are smaller, more personalized sessions for Jiu Jitsu. We allow no more than 10 students in a session at once. This is done for several reasons including injury prevention, a faster learning process, and maximum retention of skills. All fitness training is done 1:1 to ensure that everything is based on you, your needs, and current physical capabilities.
