On a short 10‑Minute Pain‑Free Plan Call, we talk through your joints, history, and goals, and decide together if it makes sense to move to an in‑person Assessment.
In your Pain‑to‑Performance Assessment, we test your spine, hips, knees, ankles, and shoulders so we know exactly what's going on and what's safe right now. You leave with a clear 12‑week strength plan.
We follow a 12‑Week Pain‑Free Strength Rebuild plan with 30‑minute, joint‑safe sessions, simple home habits, and re‑tests every 4 weeks so you can see and feel your progress. If it's a great fit, we can keep stacking 12‑week phases as part of a longer‑term Strong For Life plan.
