Ready to just talk it through?
Book My 10-Minute Pain-Free Plan CallWe work with women 40+ around Bonita Springs / North Naples / Estero who have nagging joint pain (knees, hips, back, shoulders), feel weaker or stiffer than they'd like, and want short, joint-safe strength sessions instead of bootcamps or random classes.
We're not a gym. We're a Strength & Longevity Lab. That means: no crowds, no random workouts; every plan starts from a 2-hour Pain-to-Performance Assessment; we re-test every 4 weeks so you can see changes in pain, strength, and movement; sessions are 30 minutes, joint-safe, and built around your history and goals.
It's a simple 3-step path:
We hop on a short call to talk through your joints, history, and goals, and see if what I do is actually a good fit for you.
If it makes sense to move forward, you come to the Lab for a 2-hour Assessment. I test how your spine, hips, knees, ankles, and shoulders handle specific positions and loads so we stop guessing. You leave with a clear 12 week joint-safe strength plan.
We start with a personalized 12-Week Pain-Free Strength Rebuild phase: 30-minute joint-safe strength sessions, simple home habits, and re-tests every 4 weeks so you can see and feel what's changing.
After those first 12 weeks, most clients continue with ongoing 28-day Strong For Life plans at the level that fits their body, goals, and schedule.
Yes. Most people who find us have real joint history and don't feel "gym ready." We start in positions and ranges your joints tolerate. We follow simple pain rules: 0–3/10 ok, 4–5/10 we change it, 6+/10 we stop that move. We progress one step at a time as your body shows it's ready. We regularly work with clients who have joint replacements, arthritis, back pain, and old injuries. If we don't think we're the right fit, we'll tell you.
Strength sessions are 30 minutes. Most clients train 2x/week in the Lab, plus a 5-minute Daily Reset at home and simple walking and protein targets. That's enough when it's done consistently and built around your joints.
Great. If you're mostly pain-free, we start you higher in the progression. We still run the 2-hour Assessment to map your joints and baselines, then move faster into full-body strength with load, while keeping the same joint-safe rules. The goal is to build and keep strength so you can travel, play, and stay independent for decades.
Most people invest a few thousand dollars for their first 12-week phase, then continue month-to-month if it's a good fit. Because every plan is personalized (how many live sessions per week, how much 1-on-1 vs semi-private, how complex your history is), we go over exact numbers on your 10-Minute Call once we understand your situation. There are no surprise fees, and we'll walk you through the options clearly before you commit to anything.
It's not a quick "free workout." In that visit we dive into your history, test your joints, strength, and movement, map what's safe vs. not right now, and build your first 12 week plan. You leave with clarity and a roadmap you can use, even if you don't continue with us. We treat it like a medical-style diagnostic visit, not a sales session.
We take the risk on our side as much as we can. If, by the end of the 2-hour Assessment, you don't feel clearer on what's going on, what's safe, and what your next 12 weeks should look like, tell us before you leave and we'll refund the assessment fee. If you follow the agreed plan (sessions + simple habits) and don't see at least two meaningful improvements in the first 30 days, we'll keep working with you at no extra training cost for up to 4 more weeks until we do, or adjust your path.
No long-term lock-ins. We start with a 12-week phase so there's enough time to make real change. After that, ongoing plans are billed every 28 days and you can stop with reasonable notice. We want you here because it's working, not because you're trapped.
We're in Bonita Springs / North Naples / Estero, Florida on Old 41 Rd. Most clients train in person, but we do have limited expert-guided home options for the right fit. We'll cover that on your 10-Minute Call if needed.
No. We use joint-safe isometric strength sessions (IsoStrong) and personal strength plans built from your Assessment. You train in positions your body can handle, at an intensity that changes your muscles without trashing your joints — especially knees, hips, backs, and shoulders over 40.
