We combine technical Jiu Jitsu, longevity-focused strength training, and pain-aware coaching to help you improve — without grinding your joints into dust.

How the Program Works
Step 1: 10-Minute Pain-Free Plan Call
We learn about your body, history, goals, and schedule — and confirm if the program is a good match.
Step 2: Pain-to-Performance Assessment
A 2-hour, in-person assessment: joint & movement screening, strength testing, mobility analysis, and injury review — so we can safely build your personalized starting plan.
Step 3: 12-Week Jiu Jitsu + Strength Sprint
Includes:
• 2× semi-private IsoStrong sessions (30 min)
• 2× semi-private Jiu Jitsu sessions (60 min)
• Daily 5-minute at-home plan
• Pain-aware adjustments and progression tracking
Step 4: Ongoing Continuity
Most members continue with semi-private pods and occasional 1-on-1 tune-ups to keep progressing safely.
