Our semi-private training is called “The 30inThirty Isometric Strength Series” or more commonly known as “IsoPhit”. It combines the benefits of yoga, weightlifting, and high-intensity interval training into a fast-paced 30-minute isometric strength workout that participants often love (to hate). Isometric exercises engage muscles 8-12% more effectively than dynamic activities and can burn calories comparable to high-intensity cardio while significantly reducing the risk of injury and joint pain, making this training method accessible to a wider range of individuals.
