Theorem Jiu Jitsu Schedule

I have been training with Dominick at Theorem Fitness for several months and during this time I have seen marked improvement in my physical health and strength. My main goals are to get ahead of my Rheumatoid Arthritis and build muscle and strength. The anticipated result being less pain and increased flexibility. I have already experienced improvement. In the past, I have tried various other trainers and physical therapists to no avail. With Dominick, I can see muscle growth and I feel stronger. Dominick is very knowledgeable and has been able to help me significantly strengthen my weak areas. He keeps the training engaging and provides the necessary accountability I need to maintain my motivation in the program. He has made himself available for advice at any time. I have not seen this in any other program. He addresses all aspects of training, including diet. He has provided dietary suggestions and adapts a training program unique to my own personal needs and abilities. I, 100%, NO QESTION, recommend Dominick, especially if you do not think you are able due to a medical issue or injury. It is evident that Dominick truly cares about his clients’ success.

In just 12 weeks of working one on one with Dominick at Theorem Fitness, I reached all my goals! I have greatly improved mobility & flexibility, I am pain completely free and I lost 25 pounds and many, many inches! I had tried half a year of physiotherapy and was still in pain and still greatly limited in my flexibility & mobility.
